Playa del Meurto - Officially Recognised Nude Beach

Playa del Meurto nude beach is over half a kilometre of sand and shingle located 3km west of the centre of Almunecar. Drive west along the seafront for 2km and park near where the road turns inland. The nude beach is signposted from here and you will reach it by a five minute walk around the headland. Eagle Peak Apartments offer clothing-optional accommodation high above the coastline of Playa del Meurto.

PLAYA DEL MEURTO NUDE BEACH REPORTS:

1. The nearest and most obvious beach to Eagle Peak Apartments is the one below that you see from your terrace. From our front door go downhill and turn right at the junction about 50 meters downhill. Follow the road downhill until you reach the seafront, turn right and go about 200 meters until you come to a wide parking area with a sign for the naturist beach. Park up and walk past the garages on the beach around the headland on the pathway. The beach is in two sections the first is the most sandy.
